You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration, or meet the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Age is verified through the KYC process. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.
You must not be located in, resident of, or acting on behalf of any person in a Restricted Jurisdiction. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Creating duplicate, shared or connected accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bph233 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and to withhold associated balances pending investigation.
To access real-money wagering on the Platform, you must complete the account registration process and satisfy all applicable KYC requirements. All information provided during registration and verification must be accurate, complete and current. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions. Breach of any of these conditions may result in Account suspension, termination and forfeiture of funds without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

A wager is not confirmed until the Platform displays a written confirmation of acceptance. In the event of a technical fault occurring before confirmation is issued, the wager is void and any staked amount is returned. bph233 reserves the right to void wagers placed on events subject to obvious pricing errors, data feed errors or manifest mistakes in odds compilation.
For cricket betting markets — including PSL matches, ICC T20 World Cup fixtures, Champions Trophy ties, bilateral Test series and other Pakistan cricket events — in-play wagers accepted after the relevant event outcome has occurred will be voided. Ball-by-ball markets are subject to the specific live-play rules published in the sportsbook section. The Platform is not responsible for connectivity issues that prevent a User from amending or cancelling an in-play bet.
Maximum winnings per wager, per day and per event are subject to limits set by the operator. These limits are published in the sportsbook and casino sections and may be updated from time to time. Where winnings exceed applicable limits, the excess amount above the published maximum will not be paid.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the Platform's current payment terms. bph233 references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as informational context only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bph233 excludes all warranties, representations and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Platform and its services.
The Platform provides information and entertainment services only. Nothing on bph233 constitutes financial, legal, investment or professional advice. Users make all wagering decisions at their own risk.
bph233 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any Balance or pending winnings, if it reasonably believes that:
Where closure results from a User's breach, any Balance may be forfeited to cover costs, losses or liabilities incurred by bph233 as a result of that breach. Where no breach exists, real-money Balance (net of any Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User's registered payment method following completion of outstanding KYC and AML checks.
Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed subject to any outstanding KYC requirements and the completion of any active wagering restrictions.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bph233 is incorporated or licensed to operate, as communicated to Users upon request and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
bph233 does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law, nor that the Platform complies with Pakistani gambling or financial regulations. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977.
Any dispute between a User and bph233 shall first be referred to bph233's customer support for informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable period, the parties may refer the dispute to such dispute-resolution body as is specified in the operator's licensing terms.
bph233 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, bph233 will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent review was conducted. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
